The Property Surveying Division of RISM organised the 31st National Real Estate Convention on the 5 March 2024. The theme for this Convention is “Sustainable Property Sector – From Cradle To Grave”. In the aftermath of COVID-19, the focus of the real estate industry is on recovery. This was reflected in the 30th NREC which explored the theme of navigating the property revival. The pandemic taught us one thing – how real estate can be re-imagined in terms of its role and resilience throughout the human lifecycle thus contributing to the longevity of its economic life.
