10th International Real Estate Research Symposium
Dear Prof. / Gs. / Ir. / Sr. / Dr. / Sir / Madam,
The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) under the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), Ministry of Finance, Malaysia will be hosting the 10th International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS WEBSITE) on 23rd – 25th March 2020 in INSPEN, Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.
IRERS is structured in Plenary Sessions and Parallel Sessions. For this coming IRERS, we also included two Industry Session to accommodate the people in real estate industry. There are also awards for best paper and best poster for poster competition. Meanwhile, Academia Tips and Research Clinic are dedicated for postgraduate student to obtain consultation from our collaborators and advisors.
The main objective of this symposium is to provide a platform for discussion and exchange of ideas on the changing faces of today’s real estate market dynamic. This year’s symposium theme is Humanising Real Estate Against Global Volatility. It intends to attract real estate professionals from various industry sectors such as law, finance, construction, development, brokerage and appraisal, and provide them opportunity to look into the future of real estate, to share their expertise, and to build and strengthen professional relationships. This will provide an excellent opportunity for global networking, discussion and exchange of information across a broad spectrum of issues related to real estate and allied subjects.
The committee would like to invite researchers, academicians, practitioners, postgraduate and undergraduate students, industry players and policymakers to submit research papers or industry papers reporting on issues in real estate and/or to attend as participants. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding with ISBN. The selected papers which have been reviewed and presented at the conference will be published in selected Malaysian Planning Journal indexed by Scopus (Terms and Condition Apply).
The committee would also greatly appreciate a request that you inform and forward to your fellow colleagues and students in Real Estate and Building Management/Construction by sharing this information on IRERS 2020.
