A: Malaysian Certificate of Education (MCE)/ Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), O Level or equivalent with credites of the following subjects:
a) Mathematics;
b) Bahasa Malaysia; OR
c) English; and
d) Any of other two (2) subjects.

A: RISM has a list of recognised Universities for FOUR (4) surveying divisions namely:
a) Building Surveying Division
b) Geomatic and Land Surveying Division
c) Property Consultancy and Valuation Surveying Division
d) Quantity Surveying Division

Q: I was upgraded from Graduate to Member in October 2008, which membership should I pay now and how much the subscription should I pay?
A: You have to pay the difference of total subscription from the class you upgraded from.

Q: Is it possible to sit for the Land Law Exam and how much the penalty charge for late registration?
A: Registration for sitting for exam made:-
August - December : Normal rate
June - February       : Penalty of 100% of exam fee
